All product prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the current Swiss VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates effective at the time of order confirmation and subject to product availability.

4. Order

To order our products, you must be a legal and adult person. You cannot purchase products on our Website for commercial and/or resale purposes. It is also prohibited to sell or resell samples and/or any free offers you have received from us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of payment problems, incomplete information during the order, or unavailable products.

After placing your order, you will receive an email of confirmation and summarizing your order. Once the order is prepared, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order.

If we cannot provide you with a product, we will reduce your order and deliver only the available items. 5. Payment

If you use a credit card attached to an account located outside of Switzerland, your bank may apply exchange and bank commission fees that will be at your expense.

6. Delivery

Product delivery is currently only available in Switzerland and is free of charge.

Products are delivered to the address you provided during the order, and we cannot be held responsible for a delay or failure in delivery resulting from an address error during the order.

Delivery times provided by our carrier are indicative, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors attributable to the carrier. As an indication, delivery times, once your order is ready, are estimated between 1 and 3 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return

If your order does not fully satisfy you and you wish to make a complete or partial return, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case, you must contact our customer service via this contact form so that we can inform you of the steps to follow. The product(s) must be returned complete, unopened, in their original packaging, and in their original intact condition. In the case of incorrect delivery or a defective product, please also contact our customer service using this contact form so that we can react as quickly as possible and provide you with the steps to return the affected items. You must send the item(s) by a shipping method that allows traceability to the same address mentioned above. After verification and if your claim is justified, we may choose to refund the incorrect product(s) or replace it/them depending on available stock. Also, shipping costs will be refunded if you can provide proof of these shipping costs.
